Hand-Build plate or tiles, a coiled vessel to use the horsehair technique and a sculpture in this exciting workshop
Use a fine slip surface called terra-sigillata to create a high gloss shine. Then apply horse hair to burn interesting blackened lines.

During Gallery Night: October 20 & 21 We will use an outdoor raku kiln to fire your creations.
(Choose your night to fire) Invite friends and family to watch you fire your pieces!
It is $129 for this 2 day workshop and includes up to 12lbs of Raku Clay
(All work must be bone dry and on the cart by October 13)
This special workshop is for Beginning students through Advanced.
Those who are proficient in clay work and work from home may also participate.
All participants must sign a waiver, wear cotton long pants and shirt, tie hair back, wear close toed shoes and agree to follow all rules in the waiver.
*Members and Students enrolled in a current class who only want to fire and do not desire instruction may sign up for $65. This covers glazing and firing 12 lbs of clay which is provided.SHARE
